Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to return

1. Email us at info@modyunderwear.com with your order number.
2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the items and drop them off.

Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
